1. Services

Showroom Mobile Detailing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides mobile automotive detailing services at customer-designated locations. Services may include exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and related detailing work.

All services are performed to professional detailing standards using industry-approved products and methods.

 

2. Appointments & Access

Customers agree to provide safe, lawful access to the vehicle at the scheduled service location and time.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing adequate space for service

  • Ensuring the vehicle is accessible and unlocked

  • Ensuring utilities (if required) are available

  • Removing personal belongings from the vehicle

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or impractical.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are as quoted at booking or after inspection.

  • Final price may change if vehicle condition differs from description.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: [cash, card, etc.]

Failure to pay may result in collections or legal action.

 

4. Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits may be required for certain services or bookings.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment may forfeit deposit.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

  • Weather or safety cancellations by Company will be rescheduled without penalty.

 

5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

The customer acknowledges:

  • Vehicles may have pre-existing defects (scratches, stains, worn paint, loose trim, etc.)

  • Some contamination or defects cannot be fully removed

  • Aged or neglected surfaces may react unpredictably to cleaning

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Previously repaired or repainted areas

  • Weak, brittle, or failing components

  • Electrical or mechanical failures unrelated to detailing

 

6. Detailing Results Disclaimer

Detailing improves appearance but does not restore a vehicle to new condition unless explicitly stated.

We do not guarantee:

  • Complete stain removal

  • Scratch elimination

  • Odor elimination

  • Perfection on aged, damaged materials, or in general

 

7. Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction

For coating or correction services:

  • Results depend on paint condition and maintenance

  • Longevity claims require proper aftercare

  • Automatic car washes or neglect void performance expectations

No coating is permanent or scratch-proof.

 

8. Personal Property

Customers must remove personal belongings before service.

The Company is not liable for:

  • Lost or damaged personal items

  • Cash, electronics, or valuables left in vehicle

 

9. Weather & Environmental Limitations

Mobile detailing is weather-dependent.

We may reschedule or modify services due to:

  • Rain

  • Wind

  • Extreme heat/cold

  • Environmental contamination

 

10. Satisfaction Policy

If dissatisfied, customers must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate service concerns. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at Company discretion.

Quality Guarantee is based on service package. You understand that no detail can be 100% spec free, and that not every single crevice is reachable, especially in the given time frame of the service ordered. If you are looking for a deeper level of cleaning, consider ordering a more extensive package.

 

11. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing​

12. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for:

  • Biohazards

  • Excessive filth beyond scope

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Aggressive behavior

  • Illegal items in vehicle

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

14. Agreement

By booking or receiving services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
